You might be surprised, because what looks like a valuable resource often turns out to be a huge waste of space, which is always at a premium. If the player has researched the technology to build Arcade Houses then they should replace the Estate Houses with them, as they are the successors of this building.For no particular reason except OCD tendencies, I have worked out the value per square of all the buildings etc I have seen so far. It is useful for active players since it produces coins over a short period. It has a high coin production rate but relatively low population. It is unlocked after having researched the Estate House technology. The Estate House is a residential building available in the Late Middle Ages. Antiques Dealer Edit The Antiques Dealer is a feature which allows players to exchange unwanted items in their inventory for trader coins and/or gems, dependent on their worth.
